73...could be Suffolk Punch? (a type of draught horse)

73...clue: Workhorse gets the following people a drink after we return:-

An alternative word for 'we' is 'us'
Reverse (return) us = SU....add 'F' from 'Following' and you get SUF....add 'FOLK'(People) and you get SUFFOLK...add 'PUNCH' (a drink) and you end up with SUFFOLK-PUNCH...Well that's my reasoning anyway :o)
