Just a bit of clarity neede on my last clue before I put it in.

21A) Haggard fellow's description of horse in stable? (9) R-D-R-E-S

I'm going with RIDERLESS, I'm thinking if a horse is in the stable, then it maybe has no rider, the 'Haggard fellow' bit though is a tad sketchy, is it that 'Haggard' has a loose meaning of 'untamed', and an untamed horse would most likely be 'RIDERLESS'
It seems a bit vague, am I missing something more clear in the wordplay?

Thanks, Les40
