N?S?T? The only word I can find to fit is 'nasute'

25d looks like PSHAW.

24d is ....ersatz (hidden word)

24d I had the wrong 'quarter' at the end of the across clue so I think the answer is 'ersatz'. I don't think the Californian Shiraz at dinner helped - better stick to Australian in future.
