CLUELESS 58

Rosa masquerading as BigBadMarty2, again.

It’s Clueless time again, which this week falls to me to set.

The idea is simply to compile a cryptic clue to a given answer. The winner of the previous week’s competition sets the answer to be clued and judges the entries. There is a one-day time-frame. The judge’s decision is final (reasons may be given at the judge’s discretion).

It is customary for the judge to donate a virtual prize to the winner.

To be fair to others, please do not make any comments on entries until after the winning entry has been declared.

Multiple entries may be submitted and new competitors are particularly welcome.

This week’s Clueless word is: SEMICONDUCTOR (13)

Clues to be submitted before 16:30 UK time tomorrow (Wed May 2) and the winner will be announced soon after.

Good luck

Marty

Hi, paul. Thanks I am well. Hope you are too.
I thought of tackling the clue from a different angle: an estate agent conducts a client through a semi-detached house, thus he is a semi conductor.
