Coluld it be additional? If so the first letter of clue 1. will be an I.

FRACTIONAL sounds good which would make clue 1 CATHEDRAL but why most important building to see?
I know it has importance over other churches but its a bit loose isnt it?

we`ve been here before its the word SEE meaning an area under a Bishops care

Just got it! thought cathedral but oculdn't see why - it is see as in bishopric so most important building to the bishop

Brilliant logic CAPRICORN car + sign but that means the P would be wrong and I don't think it is.
