Am pretty stuck on bottom right corner. Grateful for any help with the following:-

24d (3,3) 'Like fare reduced to benefit consumers.' --n ---

30a (6) 'Church's response about power taken by English primates.' --e-e-

23a (3) 'Opening book briefly to get information.'

24d Low Fat?

Haven't seen the puzzle, but...

23a will be GEN(esis)

Thnaks for all help. I had thought of 'gen' but that then means that 24d is n-n ---. All I can think of is 'non fat'. Which means 30a is a-e-e-.

30 apemen (amen around p for power and e for english)
