I am stuck on 15d. A month's delay finding more central location for Royal Ballet.(9) So far I have M-Y-R---G

It's actually a bit more complex than that:
MAY is obviously the month, delay is LINGER, with the ER (Royal) moved to a more central location, giving MAY ER LING, which, as aljanon says, is a ballet.

Of course you are correct in your explanation, nicely put too. What a truly wonderful clue. Was kinda hoping Dick would see how the solution was formed.
