19 across: What I think ought to be discounted as this (4) _Y_ _ (I feel it might be hype, but don't know why)
22 down: Storm emanating from Jonathan Ross's conduct (4) W_G_ (again I'm pretty sure it should be wage but can't work out the wordplay)

For 19ac., re-express "What I think" as a possessive adjective + a noun, discount "ought", and you have a noun which might be used to describe ancient beliefs.
