I'm a bit flummoxed by this one. Some of the answers are the wrong length to fit in the grid (it says so in the preamble).
E.g. 21 ac "Piece of mail showing river instead of good apple" is clearly GUSSET with G replaced by R, i.e. RUSSET. But if I have the other letters correct, this is not entered at the position indicated by 21 on the grid but begins at an adjacent square. Is this right?
