3.Clubs on board (11) I have no letters I,m afraid!!!

Brilliant - thanks a lot. I could'nt see either clues for looking.

Kampuchea now gives me K as the last letter of Clubs on board.

re quarterdeck.
might be a quarter of a pack (deck) of cards (clubs).
And quarterdeck on a ship (on board).
