NB There may be one misprinted letter in the definition part of the clue.

While I'm here, can Tony, who's obviously finished again, explain to me where I've gone wrong around 18d, for which at the moment I have the very unlikely combination of ?MO?V !!! I suspect the error is in 24a. Help, please!

Are you sure about your answer for 34 A? Mine has 'e' as the second letter, making 18 D ?mo?e (though I'm not sure of the 'o').

Sorry, Tony, after a long struggle I must admit I don't get your reference to mirrors in 34a! I was assuming it's EEVN --- no???

Also: lower left half (seen diagonally) is causing most of the trouble. Would anyone like to give us a hint on the long one, 10d?
