Can anyone help with this clue?
14 a. Savoury dish of sheep and mad cows! (7) R?M???N.
I can only think of RAMEKIN but can't explain the mad cows part.

Good morning Mr Griffin,

Yes, you're right - the answer is ramekin. The 'ekin' part is an anagram of 'kine' which is an archaic word for cows or cattle.
