5 ac, 13 ac and 33d Im completely stumped, anbody have any ideas?

jinjamiki -- as a rule you need to give the clues, numbers of letters and any letters you have. That way anyone who doesn't have the crossword can offer help.

But, as it happens I do, so here are a couple of hints...
13a: the solution is a (plural) detail on an item of clothing.
33d: The Field of the Cloth of Gold was a meeting *between kings*...
5a I'm still working on!

I\'m stuck on 5 and 33 too, also a few others which I\'m still beavering away at but have pretty much given up on 5 and 33. Are the Sat X-words getting harder or am I just getting old???

but I dont see how "it is made by 38's (investor's)

To those people who asked about 13ac. in the most recent crossword by the king of compilers, "Araucaria", the answer is "Rollcollars", which consists of "co" (firm)within the four L's (students), all of which is within "roars".
