Hi folks! Sorry I'm a bit late today. Routine visit for BP check. It's a bit high so I'll have to lose a bit of weight. (Traditionally my BP moves up and down in synch with my weight).

I set crossies just for pleasure. I wonder if some of you excellent regulars would like to try a few of my clues? Since they're new, no letters!

Oh, very droll. I just knew I could come on here for loads of sympathy. I'll just go and ask Lady J to boil up the spinach.

More nutrients unboiled, especially with Roquefort dressing.
I think I have four of them. Mental block with 1.
