Hi kate, oral exam for the dentist question, the catch 22 is either mesa or sema? some sort of anagram, can't work it out here sorry

I got the dentist one,struggling away with the rest must be bloody mad,

it's great craic though, especially when you know there are fellow puzzlers doing the same crossword on line

13A is Mesa (see mysteriousgirl's thread) 22 refers to clue 22 answer to which is table
