Struggling with 11d, then just top left corner to do. Anyway...
11d) Shearer, possibly a New Zealander with shifted vowels (5). T-I-A
I don't see this at all. Shearer... barber? trimmer (trima)? Alan? New Zealander.... Anzac? As ever, any pointers welcome, and thank.

It is MOIRA as in Moira Shearer - Moari with vowels changed

The M comes from TEMPI at 10 across - it is reversed inside musiciansh(IP MET)ronomically

23 across is SENIOR MOMENT - it is an anagram of "memories not" with an extra N from name
