Come to a standstill now if anyone can help - I have 4 of the 5 thematic entries + the 4 "windsors" but still need a few clues. (Still unsure of what the 21 misprints spell out)
There may be single-letter misprints in definitons in clues:

Yes, Lawn - misprint was glass/gRass.

Should have added re 18 - it's reNt, not rest.'Cain' is an old word for rent n Scotland and Ireland.

Managed to sort the rest out but many thanks for your help anyway malone.
