I'm not suggesting that Quaking Houses is correct but it is on Google maps. Type it into the search bar.

It is very near Annfield Plain, south of Stanley.

Deepcut isn't between Sevenoaks and Southsea as the crow flies but its not far off the route you would use to actually do the journey (M25 and M3)
