You don't need to start a new thread each time you write - you can just add to the bottom of what you wrote before.
At present the only people who can help are those who have this crossword in front of them.
Write out the clue and lots more peole can help.

Okay, I've found the crossword myself and the answers are

set the scene and start up

I think that the guidance for adding queries to the site give the same advice as I was offering.
The point about writing out the clue (not the number alone) is that not everybody who offers help has the crossword which the enquirer is working on.
