Good morning all.
The chemo drugs must be improving the brain
as this is the first time I've finished
the puzzle ante meridiem. 7a was a word I'd
never come across before.
Best wishes;
N

That's brilliant Navigator.
I've just arrived home with my RT and not yet looked at the crossword. Must have lunch and then see if my brain is as quick as yours.
I hope you are feeling well, and also our other friends on here.

Jazzgirl -I`m sure you`ve got 14d by now. The detective was on BBC4.
Navigator - I`ve been puzzling over 7ac all day. Can you give a hint, please? I assume it`s an anagram and a proper noun. Thnks, M.

hi Magworth, still haven't got the detective. I found one spelt with one L and wondered if it was misspelt.
The kilt is one worn by Greeks!

Hello Jazzgirl. I`ve now googled the Greek skirts. The detective series was played twice, once in English, once in another language.
(and it`s not Sarah Lund!) M.

7a is an anagram
f (flighty) + aunts + -l-a (girl's name).
