3. Could also be Cougar if a word has been ommitted from the clue between Urges and Arrangemnts.

I would go with Escher on this one and put COUGAR.

CO (small company) + U(r)G(es) + A(r)R(angments)

A poor clue though, as "regularly" usually means alternate letters of a word and not just the first and third letters.
