The A3123 is only about 6 miles long and runs east/west just south of Ilfracombe.
Berrynarbor is a village 'above' the A3123 but I cannot work out whether/how that might fit the bill.

No 6. Travel through the village of tall tales.

This has been answered as Quaking Houses but I wonder if anybody has come up with a better answer or a good explanation.

I think Number 3 is Lime Street
(Liverpool Railway Station and a village in Gloucestershire a few miles away from Snigs Hill)
Good Luck
