The clue is Academic award for worker with pine floor plan skills.

I think it is Bachelor of Arts but apart from the word floor being there I don't get it An explaination would be appreciated thanks

B = sounds like bee/worker
ache = pine
lor of = anagram of floor (floor plan)
arts = skills.
