Morning all.

Spotted bull in outskirts of Finchley = foxy.
I can see how this works but I can't find how spotted=foxy.

Pet move in draughts = huff.
I suspect there's a definition I'm not aware of here.

Huff is a move in draughts, pet is another word for tantrum/fit of the sulks/huff.

Maybe simply because a fox has spots of white on face,breast,feet --- but not very good, I admit.

Foxing is a term describing the age-related spots and browning seen on vintage paper documents such as books, postage stamps etc
