They are impossible, help!

11. Wanting lots of employeed in store? Unviable, surprisingly (6-9) No letters found
5. Conservative, proper moaner with no aspiration (5-6) R?G???

First cryptic crossword ever attempted, finding them insanely difficult. Instead of me cheating for the rest of my life. Could someone give me some pointers on how to go about figuring the out. Thanks

'surprisingly' can indicate (and does, in this case) an anagram.

It is a bit rude of Amy not to have answered yet,is it not?
After all we are trying to help,or should we have just given the answers?

Sorry tony, was doing coursework a little busy to reply.

Thank you for your help, im still struggling, although i have to admit my knowledge on contractions etc is limited being only 16.

Do I have to think about what they are talking about, or do i just have to re-arrange the words?

I apologise for not being very good, but I'm trying! :)

11. is an anagram of "in store unviable". if you use an anagram solver like this one..

http://www.chambersharrap.co.uk/chambers/puzzles/word_wizards/wwizards.py/main

just type in those words and bingo.... "labour intensive" will appear. see how easy it is to be clever.

5. is "right winger". whinger (without aspiration, i.e. remove the "h".
