The first one is AFRESH (A father = FR) with an anagram of he's

I think the last one is ELEVATED but I can't work out the wordplay.

Energy is E and tax is VAT surrounded by an anagram of LEAD

I think I have worked out the wordplay for ELEVATED.

E and VAT as I said before with LED around and European (E) at the front.

My anagram of LEAD was rubbish - too many A's!
