I set crossies just for pleasure. I wonder if some of you excellent regulars would like to try a few of my clues? Since they're new, no letters!

Please withhold solutions till 5 pm (GMT) to allow others to have a go.

1. Remains unmoved as bears go without food (6,4)
2. A set of three may be taken in turn (4)
3. Stranger with no identity card did a dry credit-note run (5)
4. A channel for broadcasting a visual greeting from the pilot? (7)
5. Constantly following yours would be me (5)

You're on a roll, Jolan. If my answer for 2 is right I really like it. I'll withhold judgement if I'm wrong- though it's probably even better.

If I'm right it's very common, but I could very well be wrong (you heard it here first).

I think I've managed three - taking the rest with me while I wait for my dental appointment. Oh joy!

Nice clues again Jolan.

I got 5 on the first read through and well before 3.

Cheers
