Sorry peeps, only just found your replies to my query of several days ago. You're right, I obviously do have a dirty mind as I was barking up the wrong tree with my 13a! Thanks for putting me straight. Still stuck on 2 others though: 7ac, for which I have
S-R-O-H-. Have I gone wrong again? And 19d for which I have A-Y-A-. Having followed your earlier thread, I can only think of MALADY, but don't understand the wordplay. I shan't submit this one as I've had too much help but would like to be able to file it. Thanks in advance, yours cleanly, mrs t.

D'oh! I was using Al rather than Hal for 8d - and couldn't see 19d at all. Thank you all for your help.
