Finished, with a few questions.
11a: Hawk's first year passing did mean maturity (6). I don't get the SOR wordplay.
16a: One known for his ragas divides 50% of one round, delightfully (6, 2 words). How is AR 50% of one round?
3d: Symbol of victory, note, one that's underdeveloped (6). How is DUR a symbol of victory? I know it as Deutsch for major, but am obviously unaware of another meaning (other than hard).
18d: Mediocre record, what axe often comes down on (7). Can back mean mediocre?
