I have almost finished these 2 crosswords but am left wondering which way to end two answers

grid 1 7down (11 letters) - home life- I have domestic?T? [it could be ate or ity]

grid 2 7down (6 letters) - caused to err messe?

this could be messed or messes, I think because of the ed in caused it may be messed, am i right?

Domesticity sounds right

Think your reasoning looks right about "messed". I would think "domesticity" as it looks like the answer is a noun rather than the verb of "domesticate".
