My Mum is going out of her mind with these. Help appreciated so she can sleep. All clue answers are UK cities, towns or villages - first letters given:
1) Could be bright today at last (7) T
2) Material afterthought (5) R
3) Measure 6 pounds to the last ounce (7) E
4) Angus dealt after shuffling (10) T

Thanks a million, C

Hi Chris;

Aargh! I thought 'PS' but couldn't find the material - also, spent ages toying with 'ell' as the measurement, couldn't match it up with the 'VI' and 'E' - by the time I found 'EN' I was so tired I forgot the rest! Shouldn't stay up so late...

Anyway - well done and happy new year!

Thanks so much - my Mum is thrilled. Aristophanes - are you sure Tangusdale is a vilage / town or city. we can't find any evidence of it - except for the name of a holiday cottage?
