It is TAU - Greek T

The other one is SUI GENERIS - anangram and a hardy annual in crosswords - I acn only suggest you look it up in a good dictionary

SUI GENERIS is an anagram of GENIUS IS, with ER (monarch) in the middle. It means "in a class of its own" (ie unique).
