Thanks everyone,got it finished at last. What had thrown me was the answer to 19 across---Frozen continent (9) I assumed this should be Antarctica (10) but now it looks as if it's Antarctic to fit in with "Beckett". I thought A--ic was an area and A--ica was the continent????? AAh well we live and learn and don't try to sell snow to the Eskimos.
