I have W - I - T - E -, so have put in Whistler (The artist), But don't get the rest because I thought the crew members of a ship blew their whistles when a high ranking officer was welcomed on board.
It's got the question mark at the end, so must mean I'm not quite seeing through the word play, someone please put me out of my misery, I've been looking at this for 2 days.
