Somewhere that you go to regularly could be referred to as your regular haunts.

Also if you regularly go to the same place you are said to haunt it. Hope that's helped.

Ah right! I'm not entirely sure, but my thoughts were question one - Q A, force - TA (Territorial Army) but not sure about the last bit other than the fact that Qatar is in the Middle East.

I think the answer is Iraqi IRA and QI for Question 1
