HERE IS THE DECEMBER THINGY
AKA MEGADEKKA
Quite simply----15 clues (including definition and crypt)
Which lead to keywords in short phrases from the Christmas narrative
The text to refer to is LUKE ch 2, vv 1 to 15 (Authorised Version)
You can download this at http://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/book.php?book=Luke&chapter=2&verse=
The bracketed numbers show the length of each word in the phrase
Unfortunately only the keyword length is correct, the others are either one too long or one too short.!!!!!!!!!!!!
Still with me?
List all the keywords in alphabetical order
In the first eight what initial letters are missing?
What chart-topper by the Michaelangelo Gabrielli Ensemble do they suggest??
In the last seven what initial letters are missing??
Use some of them to make a relative part of the story.
Best of luck!!!

Q8. W.C. or Sally singer out to grass (8,6,3,2,6)
from the text you get 9,7,2,3,5. all + or - 1. the key word is surely the last one. but shouldn't it be only 5 letters in the clue. when you say it is 6 letters you seem to be suggesting an "S" which isn't in your text. can you clarify please.

Hello Phillip
Nice to talk to you. Grovel, grovel, grovel and grovel again.
You are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT it is 'field'. Now everybody knows the answer to that clue!
I do hope there aren't many (any) other 'boobs'. Glad you are having a go again and hope you enjoy. Kind regards, THEA

Sorry Phillip. I've tried and got a few but only by looking at each phrase and trying to make it fit the numbers of letters in the answer! Very intriguing though

I think I've got all 15 answers. don't want to spoil it for others ( and a couple could be wrong - they all fit the text but who knows).

If you don't want to see the (possible) answers posted say so, otherwise they will be at about 8.30 p.m.
