Nice little puzzle! Some uncertainty with
the last one, however.
21 AC - "Slough disposal is after its
first during reversion of Indian groom"
The answer is either ECDYSIS or ENDYSIS
but can't tie enough of the clue in to
decide which.

Syce in the indian grrom so I'd go with the 'c'

Slough disposal:ECDYSIS
=IS after D (first letter of disposal)in SYCE (Indian groom) reversed!

Ecdysis? As syce is an Indian groom

and this is a new word on me! But I see that Chambers lists it, so there we go!
