Is 19 dn Orinoco? Please could someone explain

Do Irish love coming up old river in South America? (7) ----o-o

Yes, it is ORINOCO

"Do Irish love" is CON (= do), Irish is IR, love is O (= zero) altogether gives CONIRO which coming up is ORINOC followed by O (= old) gives ORINOCO = "river in South America"

I'll have a stab at it!
Do = con, Irish = ir, love = o. Up meaning reversed, giving orinoc, plus old = o, giving river in South America, Orinoco?
