Can anyone help please? I've got the answers but don't understand why!

2. Hunt expected to arrive in reverse order or in the natural order Ans In due course
3. At turn of century, papacy was best place to start Ans Pole position

1.to clean eg, office block windows, they are suspended in a cradle

3. Polish Pope in year 2000???

just checked and the pope was indeed Polish at the start of this century (pole position in motor racing is the other reference).

I'd just like to point out, as a pedant, that the 21st century commenced on 1 January 2001, not 2000.
