5 down (9 letters) so let time oscillate to oscillate thereunder ?I???E???

4 down (3) Sir Pat Gilroy, if you will, or any other all Irelander ?u? (my mind boggles with this clue)

16A/55D (5,3,5) Blimey! if we can't afford a turkey, see cost thrown out to bag tree free birds! ????E ??? ?????

19 down (5) Stalin's severity was hard in name too ?t?e?

The clues seem to be a little cryptic to me, the sir Gilroy has me flummoxed and I'm wondering is the stalin steep as he used to have his prisoners and people he tortured down a steep stairway

Thanks for any light shed on these clues
