All I know is Victor Meldrew's wife's name was Margaret and it's a very long time since I read the story!

I can't remember anyone called Margaret in the story Sally, but it's a long time since I saw it

I remember that the ghosts were Past, Present and the ghost from the future was called "The ghost of Christmas yet to come".
Don't know if that helps with 42
