Hi there

Can anyone help with 18 down (snowcaps?) and 21 across (alonely?)

Many thanks.

SNOWCAPS is right. It is a double meaning.

The other one is ALOOFLY. You can swot a loo fly!

Thank you. I was taking "swot" to mean study!

I had the same problem - I'm sure what you do to flies is swatted and swotted is what you do the night before an exam. It's ironic when crossword setters make such elementary spelling mistakes.
