I believe the answer to be "second in command" but please could some explain why?

O is the second letter of command!

Ninian I mentioned before I'm still learning. Ha ha. But if you can't see em, then yu can't see em. I had the answer just didn't understand how to get there! Bernie did though.

Whereabouts are you located Ninian? For some reason(probably the Solway Harvester) I had you living in the Borders or Scotland, but with you saying you were mowing the grass yesterday, I guess that can't be right.

Correct, logic not failing you. Live in Lincs but family had boat-building business in Isle of Whithorn in 1800s, my "spiritual" home.
