It is BURMA Bu + (Royal) M(ilitary) A(cademy) Actually I found it quite easy. Just sweating on the last half dozen on the Mephisto now.)

BURMA is correct. It is the heads of bumkin (BU) with Sandhurst which is the Royal Military Academy or RMA

Pioneer - fancy hugging one, Joe ? I dont get the fancy hugging one Joe bit - is there a pioneer called Joe ?

It is ORNATE (fancy) holding one GI - GI being an American soldier or "Joe"
