The second word appears to be rib, and is piece PART, broken up to make the answer TRAP RIB? Never heard of such a thing. Which part of the clue is the definition? Many thanks in advance.

I had a bit of troule with this too and at one time thought trap rib - but it is TRUE RIB
(rib attached to the sternum) Ruer in bit backwards
