"Clipped pink flower appearing in the flesh?" = incarnation. The pink flower is Carnation stuck onto In. Why Clipped? Can't see how this is working at all...

"Fan drier suppresses damp in odd places" = admirer. Is this a duff clue? Surely the odd places of Damp are D&M rather than A&M...

"Flexible stuff one picked up on board" = adaptable. Table=board? Can't see owt else...

The 'in' part of the answer is pink 'clipped' of its first and last letters...

fan drier gives you AIRER the as you say add the D & M

to stuff is to PAD so reverse that add A for one and TABLE

1. The drier is AIRER. So a(dm)irer.

2. ADAP comes from stuff = pad, one = a. Picked up means reversed i.e."adap".
