I hate to suggest it, but could it be CONCENTRATION?

Sorry AB. The answer has to be two words. The first beginning with C, the second E. So Camp, perhaps could be Considerably Effeminate but I doubt that is the answer as it is politically incorrect.

I suppose a camp could be a Country Estate?
