Can anyone give me a clue to 95?

Inside, Fanny heard English folk - "Fair maiden of the commons"! (3,10)

I have a dancing politician, but can't work out why. I think I must be on the wrong track.

Thanks guys, I'm so glad I've finished, it was great fun though.

I can't ask you to explain the word play. I'll be back on the 26th!
