This one has given me insomnia.
AGONISE OVER PUTTING UP TENT (11)
The answer is a UK place name beginning with 'I'
I have tried to make place manes fit in with the clue - to no avail. For a list of Uk place names beginning with 'I' visit

Good morning TJ. I used to commute to London and pass through Ingatestone station on the Liverpool Street line. Incidently, the Leonid meteor shower is going on at the moment - just seen a couple of them
