Thea- I have heard of kulfi - we were served it in an Indian restaurant a few years ago, and it was really horrible. It was a version of ice-cream that tasted of soap - I've seen it on many menus since and have never been tempted to try it again.

i think it might be Ramps ('abdominal ramps' is used to describe certain stomach aches).

(c)ramps (stomach pains) sounds good trevor, but the word has to end in A if 47d has 4th letter as A.
